You will receive a friend request from admin account, that looks like this icon. Please carefully see this design, only ChatWise can send this friend request.
Accept Friend Request
Please accept the friend request and you will be able to exchange messages with our admin. You will then be asked to share your legal ID and proof of address to our official email address.
Submit Documents
Send a copy of your legal ID (as requested by our admin) to the email address supplied by our admin. It ends with xxxxxx@chatwise.co.uk
All Done!
You will receive an email confirmation along with a certificate on your name. Please keep this document safely.
